1. What happens after I submit the service form?

– You receive a job number
– Admin contacts you to arrange drop-off
– Watchmaker inspects + estimate is sent
– No work starts until customer approves

2. How long does watch servicing take?

– Standard service: 7 business days
– Urgent service: 3 business days
– Complex mechanical movement: quoted individually

3. How do I drop off my watch?

257 Collins St, Level 3. Mon–Sat, by appointment only.

4. How much does a service cost?

– Quotes vary by brand/model
– Estimate provided after inspection
– No obligation to proceed

Inspection Policy
A $50 inspection fee applies only if you decline the estimate after the watch has been assessed by our watchmaker.
If you proceed with the service, this fee is fully waived and absorbed into the job.

5. Do you offer a warranty on repairs?

YES: 12-month service guarantee on movement work.

6. What brands do you work on?

Rolex, Omega, Cartier, AP, Patek, Tudor, Seiko etc.

7. Can I submit multiple watches as a dealer?

Yes - you may submit one form per watch using your dealer code. All watches will be consolidated under your dealer account.

8. What if I don’t know the model/reference?

Leave it blank — we will identify the movement during inspection.

Reduces form abandonment.

9. How do I pay?

– Payment required before work begins

10. Do you offer express servicing?

Yes, 3-day express servicing available for additional cost.

11. Can you source parts?

Yes - if parts are required, sourcing times vary. We will notify you before proceeding.

12. What is your cancellation or no-show policy?

Please notify us at least 24 hours before your appointment.
